Vinares

Vinares is one of the largest housing projects in the Maldives: ten 13-storey towers in Hulhumalé Phase 2 with 1,344 three-bedroom flats, each with three bathrooms and a balcony.

Flats were sold by HDC in marina-view, outer-view, inner-view and standard-view categories, with sizes from about 880 to 1,400 sq ft. The ground and first floors hold shops, pharmacies and a clinic. All units have been sold.
