Listings

Property details, prices and photos are provided by owners and agents. We review listings before publishing, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is accurate or that a property is still available. Please confirm all details, ownership and legal status before you buy.

Prices and currency

US dollar prices are estimates converted from Maldivian rufiyaa (or the other way round) at a rate we update from time to time. The listed price is set by the owner.

Loan calculator

Loan figures are estimates only. Banks set their own rates, terms and eligibility.

Listing your property

If you list a property, you confirm that you own it or are authorised to sell it, and that the information and photos you provide are accurate and yours to share. We may edit, decline or remove a listing at our discretion.

Paid features

Featured placements start once payment is confirmed and end on the date shown. Fees are non-refundable once a feature has started.
