Tata’s Luxe Home Fest Returns — Showcasing Malé’s Most Prestigious Residences

Tata Housing has launched the much-anticipated Luxe Home Fest in the Maldives, a premier event designed to showcase its upcoming luxury apartment projects in the capital city, Malé. Running until Saturday, the fest is being held at Tata Housing’s Maldives head office in Gaakoshi from 10 AM to 6 PM.

The event offers potential buyers a detailed look into two flagship developments — LuxaOne and Luxera — both poised to redefine upscale urban living in Malé. Visitors can take advantage of special buyer incentives, including exclusive rates and a MVR 25,000 voucher for furniture purchases at Rainbow. A mock-up unit of Luxera is also open for public viewing, offering a first-hand experience of the interiors and quality finishes.

LuxaOne, located on the historic site of the old Odeon on Majeedhee Magu, features a mix of studio units, spacious 3-room apartments, and 3+1 configurations. Meanwhile, Luxera, rising on the former Naadhee site at Sosun Magu, consists of 72 elegant 3+1 apartments. Tata has partnered with BML and HDFC to offer flexible financing options, making these premium properties more accessible for interested buyers. With slab casting already progressing on Luxera’s eighth floor, both projects are moving steadily toward completion.
