V Villas Maldives at Mirihi – MGallery Collection: Exclusive Boutique Luxury Resort in the Maldives

An exclusive all-villa luxury resort is set to bring curated boutique hospitality to the Indian Ocean. MGallery Collection, the boutique hotel brand within the Accor Group luxury portfolio, has officially announced the signing of V Villas Maldives at Mirihi – MGallery Collection, a distinctive new resort scheduled to open in early 2026 in the heart of the Maldives.

Located on the secluded natural island of Mirihi in the South Ari Atoll, the resort will mark MGallery’s debut in the Maldives, expanding the brand’s global portfolio of story-inspired boutique hotels.

Transformation of Mirihi Island Resort into a Luxury All-Villa Retreat

The property, formerly known as Mirihi Island Resort, will undergo a comprehensive renovation and expansion before reopening under the MGallery Collection brand in early 2026.

Designed by the award-winning international architecture firm Studio Gronda, the reimagined resort will feature:

42 luxury private villas

Beach villas and overwater villas

Spacious multi-bedroom pool suites

Private pools in select accommodations

Each villa is thoughtfully designed to immerse guests in the natural beauty of the Indian Ocean while reflecting the intimate and personalized style that defines MGallery properties.

Quiet Luxury Inspired by Maldivian Heritage

Embracing the concept of quiet luxury in the Maldives, the resort is deeply rooted in authentic Maldivian culture. Named after the delicate Mirihi flower and shaped by the rhythms of the ocean, the island offers guests a serene escape focused on simplicity, mindfulness, and reconnection.

Surrounded by vibrant coral reefs and a protected turquoise lagoon, V Villas Maldives at Mirihi – MGallery Collection blends seamlessly with its pristine environment, delivering refined elegance and effortless comfort.
